Academics are recruiting Inclusion Teaching Assistants to work in a supportive and welcoming primary school across Bracknell. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them to thrive both academically and personally within an inclusive school environment.

Whether you’re planning a career in teaching, educational psychology, speech and language therapy, or another SEN-focused profession, this position provides invaluable classroom experience.

• Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional learning needs
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons
• Encourage pupils’ confidence, independence, and participation in school life
• Support children’s emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour
• Work alongside teachers, SENCOs, and specialist staff to help pupils achieve their individual goals

• A graduate with a passion for supporting children’s learning and development
• A caring, patient, and resilient individual
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A proactive approach and willingness to learn
• Someone interested in building a career within education or SEN support

Salary will be determined by the successful candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience, and will be in accordance with the client’s pay policy.

Salary: £92.59 – £95/day
