Electrical Manager

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Manager to lead the electrical delivery of a large mixed-use development project, incorporating residential, commercial, and communal spaces. This is a key leadership role requiring strong technical expertise, compliance knowledge, and site management skills.

Electrical Manager Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all electrical works on site from installation through to testing and handover

• Ensure full compliance with current BS 7671, health & safety regulations, and project specifications

• Coordinate electricians, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain programme and quality standards

• Take responsibility for inspection, testing, certification, and commissioning

• Liaise with project managers, consultants, and clients to resolve technical issues

• Maintain accurate documentation, test results, and O&M manuals

• Drive high standards of workmanship and site safety

Electrical Manager Requirements

• Proven experience in an Electrical Manager / Electrical Supervisor role

• City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing) essential

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)

• Strong knowledge of mixed development projects

• SMSTS or SSSTS

• Ability to manage teams and work to tight deadlines

• Excellent communication and organisational skills
