Syngenta Crop Protection is seeking a Digital Automation Technology Lead to integrate traditional automation with AI technologies. This role focuses on building autonomous lab workflows globally and involves close collaboration with R&D teams to enhance data-driven automation.
The successful candidate will possess strong knowledge in automation engineering, AI/ML, and Python programming. You will lead global initiatives and drive significant changes in lab automation practices, contributing to development at Jealott’s Hill International Research Centre.
