Lead and develop a high-performing global R&D team. (Team based in UK and US)

What We're Looking For You will be a strategic thinker and proven people leader with a passion for innovation and technology development.
Essential:
PHD or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering.
Significant experience within a chemical R&D environment.
Demonstrated leadership and project management experience.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with in lubricants, additives, fuels, automotive fluids, or related industries.
Track record of developing teams and delivering technical innovation.
