• Take ownership of planning and forecasting across key business units, partnering with senior stakeholders to provide clear, forward‑looking financial insight.
• Lead budget and forecasting cycles, challenging and enhancing business submissions.
• Build robust financial models to support strategic decision‑making.
• Deliver high‑quality, board‑ready reporting and analysis.
• Act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders across the business.
• Monitor working capital performance and identify risks and opportunities.
• Contribute to the broader FP&A function in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA).
• Strong FP&A experience within a medium or large organisation.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability.
• Confidence working with and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Proactively commercially curious mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
