FP&A Manager

Our client is a global sales and distribution business who seeking to hire an FP&A Manager The role will take ownership of 2 notable business units worth $1b and $110m. The role is commercially focussed business partnering role being a key point of contact for stakeholders within the business units.

The role will suit somebody 3-5 years PQE (ACA/ ACCA or CIMA qualified) who is looking to grow into a Finance Director within the next 5-7 years. The role requires someone energetic, progressive and who wants to develop themselves alongside the business.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the AOP and forecasting cycles for 2x business units, consolidate and challenge business submissions.

• Build and maintain forward looking financial models to support strategic decisions.

• Deliver insightful reporting, KPIs, and board ready presentations.

• Partner with senior stakeholders.

• Monitor and analyse working capital performance, identifying risks and opportunities.

A salary of £70,000-£80,000 is on offer plus benefits.
