Assistant Support Worker - Bridgewell (Bracknell, Berkshire)
£26,229pa/£13.45 per hour
37.5 contract available
Join us at Bridgewell, our new supported living service where adults with learning disabilities are supported to live confidently and independently in a warm, respectful environment. Our team works closely together to provide personalised, compassionate care that empowers each person to make their own choices and feel included in every aspect of daily life.
We are looking for an Assistant Support Worker who bring kindness, reliability and a calm, positive approach. You will support with personal care, medication, daily tasks, and community activities, helping people build confidence and stay safe during unexpected situations.
We are looking for people who are:
• Motivated and genuinely want to make a difference
• Able to communicate well and adapt to different needs
• Reliable and flexible (shifts include weekends/bank holidays: 7am-3pm, 9am-5pm, 2pm-10pm)
• Supportive of an environment where everyone feels valued and included
Please note:
A minimum of one sleep-in per week is required as part of the role, with an additional allowance of £52.78 per sleep-in.
It is essential that you hold a full UK driving licence (manual) and hold a care certificate or be willing to undertake a care qualification.
