This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and proactive People & Culture Business Partner who enjoys being involved in every aspect of HR. This is a standalone, operational role where you will play a key part in supporting employees and ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day running of the People & Culture function.
This position would suit an HR Generalist who enjoys a hands‑on environment and is looking for a long‑term opportunity to develop their career within a supportive and growing organisation.
The RoleAs the People & Culture Business Partner, you will take ownership of the day‑to‑day HR function, providing practical support across the entire employee lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Preparing employment contracts and HR documentation.
- Coordinating payroll and maintaining accurate employee records.
- Supporting managers and employees with day‑to‑day HR queries.
- Managing HR administration and ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
- Supporting performance management, employee relations and absence management.
- Coordinating learning and development activities.
- Helping to drive a positive, engaging workplace culture.
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a broad HR Generalist or People & Culture role.
- Experience managing HR administration across the employee lifecycle.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- A proactive, hands‑on approach and willingness to support across all HR activities.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Confidence working independently in a standalone HR position.
- CIPD Level 3 or Level 5 qualification (preferred).
- Salary of £42,000 - £45,000
