Wade Macdonald is recruiting an HR Officer for a 12-month maternity cover in Bracknell. The role supports four business units and around 300 employees across the UK and Ireland, focusing on recruitment, HR operations and full employee life cycle.
You will manage recruitment, onboarding and inductions, provide practical HR guidance to managers and staff, support ER matters, attend meetings and handle payroll updates for roughly 250 employees. Hybrid work is available after onboarding.
