Job Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimise Power BI dashboards and reports.

• Write, test, and manage SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.

• Analyse datasets to support business decision-making and provide actionable insights.

• Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify reporting requirements.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all systems.

• Provide technical support for reporting tools and troubleshoot issues.

Person Specification
Must-Have Requirements:

• Proven experience in Power BI development and report creation.

• Strong knowledge of SQL, including complex query writing and optimisation.

• Ability to interpret and analyse data to generate meaningful insights.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills for liaising with stakeholders.

• Eligible to work in the UK with relevant documentation.

Nice-to-Have Requirements:

• Experience working in local government or public sector environments.

• Knowledge of IT support services and reporting requirements.

• Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards.
