Technical Account Manager (TAM) - Enterprise clients. Industry: Global software leader in Dev Ops, Testing, AI & Data Management. Hybrid (2-3 days per week in the office).

Our client is a global software company with rapid growth and a number of large tech firm acquisitions. Notable clients include NASA, Electronic Arts, Samsung and Tesla.
Responsibilities- Partner with Enterprise clients, solving their tech challenges and making recommendations.
- Address risk from an early stage and create action plans to reduce this risk, improving customer retention.
- Help customers along their journey to hit goals and milestones and provide a strong ROI.
- CI / Automation Technologies such as Appium, Selenium, Jenkins, Maven, TestNG, JMeter
