Product Information Co-ordinator

At Sally Europe, everything starts with the customer. As "Pro Duo" Product Information Coordinator, you'll be the expert behind accurate, consistent and customer-ready product data across our Continental Europe eCommerce websites.

You’ll manage product information across 8 transactional sites in France, Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands, working closely with merchandising, suppliers, marketing and eCommerce teams to ensure products go live on time and right first time.

• Online range & product information management
• Ensuring all products have the right descriptions, features & benefits, images, swatches and videos
• Responding to product data updates and queries from Customer Services
• Activating, deactivating and removing products as needed, including discontinued lines
• New Product Creation
• Creating and setting up new products across our European websites
• Translating merchandising line forms into accurate, customer-ready website listings
• Tracking new products to ensure launches are on time and right first time
• Spotting opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Content coordination
• Coordinating blogs and content across CE sites with Marketing and eCommerce teams
• Partnering with the UK eCommerce team to share content and workload
• Ensuring content is CE-relevant, SEO-optimised and supported by available products

• Has exceptional attention to detail and loves working with data
• Is highly organised, deadline-driven and comfortable managing volume
• Is confident using Excel formulas and handling large datasets
• Enjoys solving problems and getting to the root cause
• Builds strong relationships and works brilliantly across teams

• Some eCommerce or digital experience is helpful (but not essential)
• Experience with translations or multi-language content is a bonus
• German, Dutch or French language skills would be an advantage
• PIM / DAM experience useful but not essential
• Photoshop knowledge is a plus
