Job Description
We’re seeking a talented individual to join our Service Protection team in Bracknell on a 9‑month FTC. The role provides good exposure across environment management, release support, and cross‑team coordination. Responsibilities- Oversee daily health check reporting from the test team, coordinate resolution of issues (e.g. batch failures, trading platform issues, CORD outputs) and perform CORD releases in UAT and Production.
- Support file transfer investigations (VLTrader / Go Anywhere).
- Coordinate quarterly SEI test environment switches/credential updates and handle UAT SEI account setup requests.
- Manage Avaloq test account passwords and update passwords monthly for the spreadsheet listing all Avaloq Oracle user accounts.
- Raise and coordinate environment refresh requests (e.g. DWH, Stat Pro).
- Support UAT API connection issues between Iress and Voyant, UAT access requests for Voyant, UAT API connection issues between Iress and Planner Pal and UAT access requests for Planner Pal.
- Previous experience in IT Service Management (ITIL), ideally within Change, Release or Transition.
- Understanding of ITIL practices and service lifecycle governance.
- Ability to assess risk, apply structured challenge and support governance decisions.
- Experience working in multi‑system, multi‑vendor environments.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret and present data for decision making.
- Effective communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- ITIL Foundation v4, with further ITIL qualifications desirable.
