Content Guru is a leading provider of cloud communications solutions that help businesses enhance customer engagement and experience.

Location

This role is based in our office in Bracknell, Berkshire. The position requires commuting to the office minimum 3-4 days per week.

Key Responsibilities Project Delivery
  • Initiate projects following applicable project management methodology and establish appropriate documentation and control.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within tolerance of time, cost and quality.
  • Maintain high standard project documentation and deliverables that meet customer performance and quality expectations.
  • Develop and execute a test plan aligned with customer requirements.
  • Manage virtual project teams as needed.
Customer Relationship Management
  • Serve as the single point of contact throughout the project, defining escalation paths for stakeholders.
  • Communicate with customers consistently during the project lifecycle, achieving high customer satisfaction and coordinating across virtual teams.
Sales & Financial Support
  • Contribute to bids and tenders, providing project management input in presales activities, documentation and presentations.
  • Manage project costs, preserve sales margins, track, and recover additional costs where possible.
  • Generate accurate forecasts for in-house planning and budgeting.
  • Maintain financial control across project life cycles, meeting the agreed revenue plan.
  • Agree billing plans with accounts and billing teams.
Process Management & Improvement
  • Validate completion of key milestones before advancing to next delivery stages.
  • Implement project controls, risk and issue logs, and change-control methods during initiation.
  • Maintain internal systems and reporting tools to reflect current project status.
  • Conduct debriefs to identify, review and propose improvements benefiting the team, business and customers.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in STEM or equivalent.
  • Strong experience in project management or delivery in the technology sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting and surpassing customer expectations.
  • Ability to manage projects from start to finish and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with software development lifecycle, cloud platforms and/or hardware/software development.
  • Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative problem-solving ability.
  • Motivational skills to drive teams toward delivery.
