Techex is seeking a Senior Support Engineer to join our UK team in Bracknell. You will be the first responder to customer issues, performing triage via phone, Slack, Teams and Helpdesk, and coordinating rapid resolutions for high-priority broadcasters.
You will diagnose problems through live investigations, maintain systems and updates, and document processes for internal and customer use. You will also train staff and contribute to continuous improvement while supporting premium service levels.
