• Systems Maintenance: Regularly monitor update and maintain school servers Wi-Fi networks cybersecurity protocols and backups to stringent standards.

• Classroom & Staff Support: Provide responsive user-friendly technical assistance to teachers and students during lessons and daily operations.

• Hardware & Software Deployment: Configure image and install new devices operating systems and educational software suites.

• Asset Management & Security: Maintain accurate IT inventory logs manage user access permissions and enforce data protection and cybersecurity policies (e.g. GDPR).
