Key responsibilities- Managing webinar setup, hosting, presenter support, reporting, and governance
- Ensuring learning and webinar programs meet brand, legal, regulatory, and quality standards
- Developing digital learning content, courses, videos, assessments, and certifications
- Supporting LMS publishing, localization, and content maintenance
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements:
- Fluent English, both verbal and written
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Experience in instructional design, eLearning, or adult learning
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtual learning platforms
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience with Articulate, ON24, or similar tools
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to use learning data to improve outcomes
- Highly organized, curious, and comfortable exploring new learning technologies
- Ability to understand any one or more European languages (Spanish, Italian, French, Portuguese, Polish, etc.)

This role has on-site working model, with the employee working at least four days a week in the office at Bracknell. - Note:
the 3M UK HQ is currently located in Bracknell, Berkshire, and is expected to move to a new facility during Q4 2027 at Winnersh Triangle Business Park, Reading. - Full Time – Standard Shift
