• Salary: £36,000 – £40,000 guaranteed basic salary (No stressful, unachievable corporate targets!)
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 18:00 (Strictly NO weekends!)

• Handling heavy mechanical work including timing chains, clutches, and intensive engine repairs.
• Tracing and fixing complex faults logically using modern diagnostic systems.
• Delivering high-standard routine servicing and general maintenance across all makes and models in collaboration with our in-house MOT Testers and technicians.
• Requirements: NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Repair (or equivalent), minimum 4 years of professional workshop experience, broad mechanical knowledge across multiple brands, and a valid full UK Driving Licence.
