Location: Bracknell (minimum 3 days in office)

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

As Revenue Management Manager, you will lead pricing and inventory strategy for the UK market, driving revenue and market performance across both brands. You will manage a small team of analysts and work closely with senior stakeholders in Operations, Fleet and Sales.

• Deliver and exceed revenue and market targets
• Lead and develop a team of Revenue Management Analysts
• Set and maintain effective pricing and rate structures
• Monitor forecasts, optimisation tools and pricing performance
• Partner with Sales, Digital and Operations to maximise contribution
• Track competitors and market trends, providing insight and recommendations

• Strong background in Revenue Management, Pricing or Analytics (ideally car rental or travel)
• Experience managing a small team
• Advanced Excel skills;
  Python/SQL a plus
• Commercially minded, analytical and proactive
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
