Housing Admin Manager

You’ll manage the Housing Administration Team, motivating, empowering and leading the team to provide a first class admin service that’s customer-focused and high performing.

Part of your role will be to continuously monitor working practices and processes with view to continually develop these to drive efficiencies and service performance. Remember, we don’t want to do things the way they’ve always been done, we want to do them even better!

This role will be based in either our Yeovil or Bracknell Office and will be managing colleagues in both locations.
