Field Services Manager, Hands Off (Consultancy, Testing) – Bracknell, with occasional nationwide travel. Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 + Company Benefits.

Are you a Field Services Manager or similar, from an engineering or technical background or similar, looking to take the next steps in your career into a hands-off role where you will be managing Field Service Engineers nationwide? On offer is the exciting opportunity for a Field Service Engineer/Manager to join a leading building service consultancy. Established in the 1950s, this not-for-profit organisation has become one of the global leaders in building research, testing and development, impacting everyone’s lives in some way or another, and setting in place many of the world's, and especially the UK's standards. This role involves managing the fleet of engineers across the UK, overseeing day-to-day operations, improving efficiency, implementing new processes, championing a positive working culture, and helping the team reach its full potential.

Occasional travel nationwide will be fully expensed.

• Lead, mentor and support field service engineers.
• Improve overall performance of the team.

• Manage daily operations.
