PE Global is currently recruiting for a Trade Marketing Operations Lead role for an initial 12 month contract with a leading multinational FMCG client based in Bracknell.

Hybrid working model with 4 days per week working from the HQ in Bracknell.

This position is responsible for setting up country product extensions, developing and implementing trade marketing strategies that drive product visibility to optimize retail performance, and increase market share across various channels. The role requires close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and external partners to ensure cohesive execution of go‑to‑market plans.

• Lead for NER and translate product MSP pricing to CLP pricing for region.
• Manage the product extension process for region from portfolio.
• Lead the GMCE process for UK displays.
• System approver for GDPT and deals for NER Region.
• Collaborate with business units to align campaign timelines with product launches and promotional windows.
• Collaborate with shopper marketing and sales teams to execute in-store display activations to create brief.
• Develop the POS playbook for UK and influence EMEA POS playbook.
• Lead and track multiple concurrent retail marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
• Maintain detailed project calendars and timelines, proactively identifying risks and adjusting plans to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate cross‑functional inputs from design, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth execution of retail programs.
• Oversee document control for retail displays, ensuring all materials are accurate, compliant, and brand aligned. Ensure strong shelf presence and customer engagement at point of sale.
• Act as the link between Sales, Marketing, Operations, and HQ teams.
• Partner with supply chain and finance to ensure smooth execution of trade programs.
• Lead business development initiatives with distributor sales teams.

• 5-10 years of trade or shopper marketing experience.
• FMCG/Retail Experience with UK Grocery & DIY Accounts
• Strong Project Management & Cross‑Functional Collaboration
• Strong numerical skills
• Retail & Trade Marketing expertise
• Degree in Marketing
• CIM Diploma
