**** Job Overview:

* Job Responsibilities:
*** Coordinate closely with sales, marketing teams and business partners to ensure smooth implementation of marketing strategies and sales communications, particularly trade shows and Cadence-hosted events.
* Take ownership of event logistics, including vendor coordination, hotel bookings, exhibition arrangements, and on-the-ground event management.
* Manage webinars using our marketing automation tools, including working with internal teams for design, copy, social media graphics, dry runs with presenters, live coordination, and report preparation.
* Work with our demand generation team to track leads from events (MQLs).
* Support and elevate Cadence's social media initiatives across the region, ensuring alignment with our global voice and audience engagement goals.
* Collaborate with employees to develop testimonials, video campaigns, and other creative assets that amplify our employer branding and connect with our audiences.
* Budget management - coordinate PO and invoice processing.

* Job Qualifications:
*** We are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
* Must be highly organized and self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision.
* This role entails regular and extensive travel across Europe and occasionally to other regions.
* Keen attention to detail.
* Willingness to learn new marketing technologies.
* Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Solid collaborator.
* Previous field marketing experience is a bonus.
