Reed Marketing & Creative are currently working with a leading organisation who are looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager to join their growing marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns that align with customer, commercial, and brand objectives.
• Create campaign plans that drive customer acquisition, retention, loyalty, and long-term engagement.
• Work collaboratively with teams across digital marketing, CRM, content, social media, ecommerce, retail operations, and merchandising to deliver joined-up campaigns.
• Use customer insights, market trends, and performance data to shape marketing strategies and campaign activity.
• Take ownership of campaign timelines, objectives, KPIs, and measurement frameworks to ensure successful execution.
• Analyse campaign results and performance metrics, identifying opportunities to improve effectiveness and maximise return on investment.
• Lead the delivery of high-profile marketing initiatives, ensuring all activity is completed on time and to a high standard.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and partners to support campaign delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement by reviewing marketing processes, introducing best practice, and championing innovation.
• Provide clear recommendations and performance insights to senior stakeholders to help shape future marketing activity.
• Support budget planning and ensure campaign spend is managed effectively against business objectives.

The successful candidate will:

• Have significant experience within campaign marketing, integrated marketing, or customer engagement roles.
• Demonstrate a proven track record of developing and delivering successful omnichannel marketing campaigns.
• Have strong knowledge of CRM, customer lifecycle marketing, digital marketing, and customer engagement strategies.
• Be highly analytical, with experience using campaign performance data to drive decision-making and optimisation.
• Have strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance customer needs and business objectives.
• Demonstrate excellent organisation, prioritisation, and project management skills.
• Be proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with in retail, consumer, ecommerce, or other customer-focused sectors would be highly advantageous.
