Our client is a fast-growing, multi-brand retail business operating across the UK and Europe, serving both trade and consumer customers. Their customer marketing team runs a rolling programme of bi-monthly campaigns across a large portfolio of owned and partner brands, and as that function scales they're now looking to bring in two Marketing Campaign Managers to help deliver it.
The two roles work as a tag team: one person leads delivery of the live two-month campaign while the other closes out the previous cycle and preps the next, then they swap. It's a fast-paced, always-on environment with genuine complexity; multiple brands, multiple markets and languages, and campaigns that span new launches, always-on activity and everything in between.
The Role- Take a pre-built campaign plan and turn it into an actionable, channel-ready playbook that teams can plug in and roll out.
- Own campaign delivery end-to-end; brief through to review, across a high volume of overlapping promotions and product launches.
- Liaise directly with brand partners across multiple European markets, briefing them on planned activity and pulling together the content and assets needed.
- Work across the full channel mix, tailoring messaging and format to what performs best on each.
- Flag risk early and push back where timelines or information gaps put a campaign at risk, rather than absorbing the pressure quietly.
- Partner closely with your fellow Campaign Manager to keep handovers seamless between cycles.
- A background in complex, high-volume retail marketing; grocery, health & beauty or trade/DIY-style environments are ideal; a purely brand-side background won't translate here.
- Proven experience managing genuinely omnichannel campaigns, not just POS and social.
- Comfort operating across multiple markets, languages and stakeholder groups, with the confidence to communicate clearly across all of them.
- A generalist, get-up-and-go mindset, this isn't a role for a narrow specialist.
- Confidence without ego: someone who can hold their own with senior stakeholders while still being a genuine team player.
- Strong organisation and the agility to re-prioritise fast when a campaign or promotion changes at short notice.
- Hybrid working, 3 days office
- 23 days holiday (rising with service), pension, health cash plan, staff discounts on products, free parking on-site
