Detailed job description and main responsibilities The “must haves” for you to be considered for this role:

• Strong knowledge and understanding of the health and social care systems and operating frameworks.
• Previous knowledge and experience of working in similar environment, with service users who have complex mental health needs.
• Effective and competent interpersonal, influencing, communication, observation and reporting skills.
• Previous NHS experience in a similar role

• NVQ4 or equivalent qualification/experience or equivalent knowledge and experience of using a variety of software programmes/packages

• Knowledge of administration and/or office procedures and evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD)

• Previous knowledge and experience of working in a busy office and/or customer care environment, undertaking a full range of administrative duties and supervising the work of others

• Ability to work flexibly as required, with the ability to travel independently between locations to fulfil the requirements of the post
