QC Technician

Daler-Rowney is a global manufacturing and distribution company in the UK with also a site located in the Dominican Republic. The business is a market leader in the field of fine art materials and is a part of an International Group within the same market.

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented QC Technician to join our quality assurance team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. This position requires a strong understanding of quality control processes, as well as the ability to analyse data and implement improvements. A background in Engineering would be beneficial.

• Working within the QC department carrying out testing of arts and craft products using standard test methodology.
• Issue out of specification corrections to production personnel.
• Complete all necessary documentation to support the quality assurance system at Daler-Rowney.
• Work with the Quality & Packaging Engineer to ensure all aspects of product packaging meet our specifications.
• Assist R & D with customer complaint investigations.
• Assist with the implementation of ISO
  9001 certification.

• Excellent analysis skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions based on findings.
• Proven experience in quality assurance or a related field is advantageous.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with team members.

This role will be based at our manufacturing site in Bracknell, Berkshire. This is not a remote position.
