We're excited to be recruiting for a Senior R&D Technician to join a growing team diagnostics company. This onsite, lab-based role is ideal for someone with hands-on ELISA experience, a solid understanding of analytical techniques, and a proactive mindset. You’ll contribute directly to the development and improvement of cutting‑edge diagnostic products through experimental work and product validation.

This is a lab-based position supporting multiple live R&D projects aimed at delivering new diagnostic products and enhancing existing ones. You'll be involved in experiment design, data interpretation, and cross‑functional communication to drive the R&D process forward.

• Running and interpreting ELISA and other analytical techniques (e.g. SDS-PAGE, Western blot)
• Recording, analysing, and drawing conclusions from experimental data
• Calibrating lab equipment and maintaining critical R&D stock
• Supporting quality control and production processes as needed
• Participating in pilot studies and contributing to weekly R&D meetings
• Assisting in the testing of product performance prior to production
• Presenting findings across teams and stepping in for scientists when required
• Designing and executing small‑scale R&D projects independently

• BSc in a relevant scientific discipline
• 1–2 years’ hands‑on experience with ELISA
• Familiarity with analytical techniques and Microsoft Excel
• Experience working in a regulated lab environment (e.g. GMP/GLP) is desirable
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work flexibly in a fast‑paced setting
• Clear communicator with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
