Key Requirements

Experienced in providing exceptional one-to-one customer service and leading the team to a high daily standard.
Experience with home products, beauty or fashion-based products where the customer receives excellent service and product knowledge.
Enjoy working at pace and take pride in working within a key location.
Thrives in a target-focused environment.
Has managed a team of 5-10 people.
Able to manage with KPIs:
Conversion, UPT, Sales, Mystery shop.
Ability to manage a P&L.
