Entain is seeking a Retail Customer Service Manager for our Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops to deliver outstanding service and drive standards daily.
Reporting to the Shop Manager, you will be part of the Shop team, handle cash transactions, take bets, demonstrate products, and promote safer gambling while contributing to a high-performance retail environment. The role involves 30 hours per week with a rotating rota.
