Waitrose & Partners is seeking a Retail Strategy & Design Specialist to drive the evolution of our retail ecosystem. You will translate visionary strategies into a data-backed roadmap, balancing immediate gains with long-term growth, and act as the bridge between ambition and execution.
You will lead strategic workshops, manage PoCs, and embed measurement frameworks to quantify ROI and inform investment decisions for the Retail Product teams.
