This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a UK Commercial Solar and BESS Sales Manager located in South of UK. The role involves managing and driving sales efforts, building and maintaining strong client relationships, developing business plans, and overseeing customer service to ensure client satisfaction. You will be responsible for leading sales strategies for solar and battery energy storage system (BESS) solutions in the commercial sector, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, with experience in driving revenue growth
- Proficiency in Business Planning and the ability to develop and execute strategic plans
- Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to engage clients and maintain strong relationships
- Knowledge of the renewable energy sector, particularly solar and BESS, is highly advantageous
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team and lead sales initiatives
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales platforms is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
