Under the leadership of the VP Sales Northern Europe, the Account Executive is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth across the assigned territory. This role is focused on new business development, account expansion, and opportunity creation across EVS's full Broadcast & Media portfolio. You are a commercial sales leader who understands customer challenges, identifies opportunities early, and positions EVS at a strategic level.

You lead the commercial conversation and orchestrate internal resources, stepping aside at the right moment to allow Solution Architects and technical specialists to drive deep technical validation.

  • Drive revenue growth within the Broadcast & Media market, with a strong focus on new opportunities and account expansion. Own and grow a portfolio of key accounts while actively hunting for new logos. Identify customer needs early and translate them into commercial opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers and influencers. Lead the sales process from opportunity identification through commercial close.

    Coordinate closely with Solution Architects and technical teams for solution design and validation. Develop account plans and regional business strategies aligned with growth objectives. Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM reporting. Represent EVS at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings. Ensure long-term customer satisfaction and trusted advisor status.

  • Experience 5+ years of B2B sales experience in Broadcast, Media, or adjacent technology-driven industries. Proven track record of winning complex, long‑cycle sales.

  • Technical Understanding (Not a Technical Specialist)

    Solid understanding of broadcast workflows and production environments. Ability to recognize where technical expertise is required and engage the right internal teams. Comfortable discussing concepts such as IP workflows, networking, and cloud-based production at a high level.

  • Key Skills & Attributes

    Strong hunter mentality with a consultative sales approach. Commercially sharp, structured, and outcome-driven. Excellent communicator and negotiator. Autonomous, trusted, and highly motivated. Located in the UK.
