This is an exciting opportunity to join our Client Development team within the CPG Manufacturing division. As a Business Development Executive, you will work closely with tier clients—well‑known household brands and private‑label manufacturers—to retain and grow their business through strong relationships and our Growth Delivered strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Drive profitable revenue growth by retaining the existing client base while developing sustainable new revenue streams within accounts.
  • Use consultative selling to identify and convert opportunities, building relationships that maximize growth for clients.
  • Engage with customer contacts, create a strong network of stakeholders, and enable up‑selling of Circana products, particularly in analytics and technology solutions.
  • Facilitate accurate and timely provision of solutions, coordinating with support functions and the wider team to deliver on expectations.
  • Maintain financial administration, including opportunities, pipeline updates, client P&L creation, contract renewals, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Leverage data and insights to understand client objectives, building trust through industry knowledge and the use of Circana data.
Qualifications
  • Initiative and drive to engage with clients daily in a client‑facing role.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen and some experience in a related role.
  • Strong planning, organization, and self‑motivation.
  • Excellent presentation skills at all levels.
  • Proven ability to build relationships internally and externally.
  • Understanding of consultative selling, with strong questioning and listening skills.
  • Comfortable working with data, including a good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
