The Role:
* Generate leads through networking, research, and proactive outreach
* Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients
* Understand client requirements to provide tailored solutions
* Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business development strategies.
The Person :
* 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role
* Goal-Oriented and Self-Motivated
* Good Negotiation and Persuasion Skills
* Ideally from a technical, Construction, Engineering, or Building services background
