** Overview
* * Blue Yonder is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Sales Director to join our Sales team at Blue Yonder. As a key member of the Ecommerce Sales Team, the Senior Sales Director will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies, success selling into Ecommerce, including Returns and Order Management, as well as experience managing and mentoring sales teams.
** What You’ll Do
*** Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth goals
* Lead a team of sales professionals, including setting performance goals, providing coaching and development opportunities, and conducting performance evaluations
* Coach Account Managers through deal strategy, account growth and developing a customer roadmap
* Maintain a deep understanding of the supply chain software market and customer needs, and use this knowledge to drive sales success
* Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, industry partners, and influencers
* Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to drive sales success
* Report on sales performance, including regular forecasting and pipeline management
* Continuously evaluate and refine sales processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
** What We Are Looking For:
*** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
* Experience in sales and sales management in a leadership role
* Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies and driving revenue growth
* Experience leading and mentoring sales teams
* Strong understanding of the supply chain software market and customer needs
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
* Results-driven and customer-focused, with a passion for driving sales success
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
* Knowledge of cloud hyper-scaler environments and Azure
* SaaS and ARR sales motions
* English language, an additional European language a plus.
