Overview

Blue Yonder is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Sales Director to join our Sales team. As a key member of the Ecommerce Sales Team, the Senior Sales Director will lead a team of sales professionals and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth goals.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals, setting performance goals, providing coaching and development opportunities, and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Coach Account Managers through deal strategy, account growth, and developing a customer roadmap.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the supply chain software market and customer needs to drive sales success.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, industry partners, and influencers.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service to drive sales success.
  • Report on sales performance, including regular forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine sales processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in sales and sales management in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience leading and mentoring sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of the supply chain software market and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Results‑driven and customer‑focused, with a passion for driving sales success.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to make data‑driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of cloud hyper‑scaler environments and Azure SaaS and ARR sales motions.
  • English language proficiency; additional European language is a plus.
