Job Overview:
Carry out decoration and tiling works efficiently and effectively, ensuring high-quality results, customer satisfaction, and compliance with specifications and health & safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Decoration & Tiling:

Perform painting, decorating, and tiling works according to specifications.
Carry out minor wall repairs to prepare for tiling.
Repair timber-framed windows, doors, porches, guttering, soffits, and fascias during external decoration works.

Property Maintenance:

Wash down and treat mould and damp in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
Clean externals of properties, including windows, doors, soffits, and fascias.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

Required:

Qualifications:

City & Guilds in Tiling and/or Painting & Decorating (advanced craft level) OR
NVQ Level 2 in Tiling or Painting & Decorating OR
Time-served experience in tiling and painting & :

Experience carrying out tiling and decorating work in a similar role.
Ability to work as part of a trade team and meet tight timescales.

Knowledge &

Skills:

Understanding of practical and technical requirements for repairs, tiling, and redecorations.
Strong customer service skills.
Competent using smartphones and tablets for work reporting.
Full driving licence.
