Nuco Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Electrician to join a leading Housing Association provider in the Bracknell area. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term, stable position carrying out electrical repairs, testing and maintenance across domestic social housing properties.

Role Responsibilities

* Carry out electrical maintenance, repairs, installations and testing in occupied and void social housing properties

* Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and to regulatory standards

* Complete EICRs and remedial works

* Provide excellent customer service to tenants and maintain accurate job records

* Work both independently and as part of a wider maintenance team

Requirements

* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation

* 2391 (or equivalent Inspection & Testing qualification)

* 18th Edition

* Full UK Driving Licence

* Experience working within social housing
