• Facilitating and managing Family Group Conferences, ensuring adherence to best practices and legal frameworks.
• Collaborating with social workers, families, and other professionals to develop and implement effective plans tailored to individual family needs.
• Providing training and support to staff and volunteers involved in the Family Group Conference process.
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of Family Group Conferences, making recommendations for improvements.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Competitive rates of pay: £47.50 per hour.

Hours:

37 per week, 3‑month minimum contract with opportunity to extend.

Working arrangement:
Flexible hybrid; shift pattern covers out‑of‑hours on call and 1 weekend in four.
