Location: Easthampstead
Bracknell Forest Council is seeking a registered Social Worker to join the Adult Social Care team. You will undertake safeguarding enquiries, perform risk and capacity assessments, and work with hospital staff to secure safe discharges for adults at risk.
The role requires excellent safeguarding knowledge, confident decision-making, and a strengths-based approach to promote independence and wellbeing. Hybrid working, regular supervision, and extensive training support development.
