As a Graduate Technical Engineer, you'll join a structured development programme designed to give you hands-on experience across cutting-edge technologies, with a clear pathway into Software Engineering.
From day one, you'll work alongside experienced engineers, supporting real enterprise systems while developing the technical skills needed to progress your career.
What You'll Be Doing, as a, Graduate Technical Engineer
Investigating and resolving technical issues across enterprise software platforms.
Supporting system analysis, diagnostics and performance improvements.
Working with cloud-based applications and enterprise technologies.
Assisting Software Engineers with system behaviour analysis and troubleshooting.
Communicating technical information to both technical and non-technical users.
Contributing to continuous improvements across products and services.
As a Graduate Technical Engineer :

We're Looking For
A 2:1 or above in a STEM subject such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering or similar.
Strong A-Level results (A-C) or BTEC Distinction.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability.
A genuine passion for technology and software development.
Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
Desirable
Exposure to one or more programming languages.
Basic understanding of SQL or databases.
Personal software projects, Git Hub portfolio or coding experience.
