• Process payments for goods and services received by the hospital in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate accounts payable records and reconcile invoices.
• Demonstrate service excellence and ensure timely payment to vendors.
• Assist with month‑end close and support the finance team as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Graduate or GED.
• One year of accounts payable experience preferred.
• Ability to process 1000 invoices with 99% accuracy.
• PC literate in Excel, Word and other Microsoft Office products.
• Proficient in operating a 10‑key calculator.
