Location: Bradenton, FL | 34203
Salary: $120,000-$140,000

- Direct WIP reporting, job costing, and retainage accounting.
- Oversee fixed assets and equipment accounting.
- The Controller will drive process improvements and ERP initiatives.
- Strengthen internal controls and reporting processes.
- 7+ years of accounting experience in construction.
- Strong WIP, percentage-of-completion, and job costing knowledge.
- Experience preparing and reviewing financial statements.
- ERP implementation or system conversion experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
