Join our team as a part‑time Receptionist. You will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, ensuring smooth front‑desk operations.

Working hours:

Monday‑Friday 5 pm‑8 pm and Sunday 11 am‑4 pm.

• Greet and welcome visitors as soon as they arrive at the dealership
• Direct visitors to the appropriate department or personnel
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
• Manage the front desk and maintain a tidy and professional reception area
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
