General Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated General Tire and Lube Technician to join our team. • 7:45AM-5PM (M-F)
• Closed on weekends

• Perform tire rotations, installations, and repairs with precision and efficiency
• Conduct oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks to ensure optimal vehicle performance
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and identify any potential issues or safety concerns
• Conduct wheel alignments and balance tires to promote even tread wear and vehicle stability
• Maintain accurate records of all services performed, including parts used and time spent on each task
• Assist customers with tire recommendations, answering inquiries, and providing outstanding customer service
• Adhere to company safety protocols and guidelines while working in a shop environment

• emissions certified preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a tire and lube technician or similar role preferred
• Proficient knowledge of tire installation, repair techniques, and oil change procedures
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to operate shop equipment and tools safely
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and independently with minimal supervision
