Automotive Painter

Firkins CDJR is seeking a skilled Automotive Painter to join our team in Bradenton, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint and coatings to vehicles, ensuring a high-quality finish that meets company and industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Prepare vehicles for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking areas as necessary.
• Mix and apply paints, primers, and clear coats using spray guns and other painting equipment.
• Inspect paint jobs to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and customer satisfaction goals.

• Proven experience as an automotive painter or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of paint mixing, color matching, and surface preparation techniques.
• Familiarity with spray painting equipment and safety procedures.
• Attention to detail and strong manual dexterity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
