Job Title:
Hospital Supply Chain Operations Manager
Organizes, operates, and supervises the material distribution area and its related functions and systems in an efficient and effective manner. Selects, develops, supervises, and evaluates department staff; prepares department records and reports (financial, personnel); maintains current written policies and procedures; coordinates the storage and delivery of supplies and equipment on a scheduled basis. Maintains accurate records (inventory); assists with the maintenance of adequate levels of supplies to meet patient care demands;
establishes and maintains quality control standards in the department; assists in the evaluation of supply/equipment as needed and sees their proper and related functions.
- Provides professional leadership and support
- Demonstrates service excellence standards at all times
- Communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills, and customer service skills required
- Other duties as assigned
