Construction Assistant Project Manager

This role involves managing $30M+ ground up construction projects around Sarasota. You will work for a ENR Top Ranked Southeast Commercial General Contractor. No travel required. Great benefits, bonus, and truck allowance.

Base Pay Range $80,000.00 - $ per year.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate ground up commercial construction projects.
• Manage project schedules and budgets.
• Supervise onsite operations and subcontractors.
• Maintain client and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of construction management experience.
• BS in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• Experience with ground up commercial construction projects.
