A ZNS Construction Manager will coordinate the construction process with the Engineer of Record for various projects and oversee the execution of the construction phase.
Responsibility Will Include:- Maintaining a basic understanding of engineering principles and practices
- Providing engineering services related to construction activities and project certifications
- Administration, maintenance and quality control of construction documents including contracts, shop drawings, payment requests, cost estimates, requests for information, etc.
- Coordination of construction plans and specifications with contractors
- Site visits to verify progress and site conditions during construction
- Performing operations and maintenance inspections and filing annual reports
- Coordination of final certification packages to local governmental agencies and performing final inspections.
- Experience and proficiency with construction coordination and administration
- Experience and proficiency with AutoCAD 2014 / Civil 3D
- Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word and Exce
- Experience with preparation of certification packages to governmental agencies
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience with land development projects
